The registration process for participation in the NJF Congress is divided into two stages.
You have to upload the main data about yourself at first stage – i.e. your name and surname, title and website of institution you are representing and your email. After uploading mentioned above data you will receive an email that should contain the link for confirmation of your registration (obligatory action) and the password for joining the Personal area directly from the website of the Congress.
At the second stage, you have to join your Personal area created after confirmation of registration and to indicate the type of participation, to upload the data about one or two (but no more) presentations including posters and to choose extra services you would like to receive during this event.
The preliminary invoice for participation fee will be generated automatically according data provided in Personal area. Till the 15th of June it will be allowed correction of data provided in Personal, but in case these changes should influence the increase of participation fee, preliminary invoice has to be generated ones more and the difference in price has be paid.
Joining to the Personal area in the Congress after registration is available in two ways: a) by clicking link, provided in the email send for confirmation of registration or b) by typing your email address and password (6 symbols) in the website of the Congress. The password will be included in email send for confirmation of registration.
