Issuing of Proceedings of the NJF Congress foreseen in electronic form using infrastructure of open journals system (OJS) after the venue. Each article, included into Proceedings, will receive the DOI code and will be freely accessible via internet. The hard copy of Proceeding will be issued and send by post only to those authors, who included request for such copy in personal area of the Congress participant.
